Elementary school principal
Jarmila Čechová
For me, teaching does not mean imparting knowledge, but stimulating the desire for knowledge, asking questions, based on children's interests, supporting cooperation and showing children that they are co-creators of the world in which they live.
I studied teaching for secondary schools at the Charles University in Prague and special pedagogy at the MU in Brno. I have professionally gone through all stages of the education system from kindergarten to university. I worked in classical and innovative schools. For a very long time, my target group was young adults between the ages of 12 and 19, and I simultaneously devoted myself to supporting educators and school leaders as a mentor.
But recently I feel a great need to turn to the beginning of schooling, because it is there that children's relationship to learning, themselves and the whole world is formed for the rest of their lives.

Founder, director of education
Petra Langerová
In my own imagination, even as a little girl, I had a school that was a paradise for all children. Enthusiastic teachers and a respectful team of children who develop together in a harmonizing environment.
Already in elementary school, I had the honor of meeting teachers who were so enlightened in their efforts to find all children an activity that suits them and in which they can realize themselves. This approach inspired me a lot.
Over the years, studies, meetings with experts and with the most modern research and attending interesting trainings from Mindfulness, Mindset Coaching, Motivation Course, Children's brain and its secrets in the educational system, after for example Project teaching in elementary education and many others, I had a perfect school clear.

Psychologist
Margaret John
My name is Margareta and I am primarily responsible for psychodiagnostics of children and sometimes psychological counseling. I studied psychology as a single discipline and I am constantly trying to deepen and expand my education - in the field of psychotherapy, crisis intervention or modern diagnostic methods. The bio-psycho-socio-spiritual approach to people is very close to me, I try to approach children as unique personalities who want to fully develop and use their potential, whatever it may be. In my practice, I work with children as well as with adults, I gained most of my experience working with children during the 12 years of working in the Endangered Children's Fund and the Kangaroo Facility for Children in Need of Immediate Help.

Eliška Krakowitzerová
I have many years of experience teaching children in the first grade. For a long time, I also worked at the renowned schools ZŠ Londynská and ZŠ Nový PORG.
I enjoy opening the door to the world of knowledge for children and introducing them to the secrets of the natural sciences, as well as developing their creativity in art work. Choir is my passion and I look forward to starting a choir at our school as well.

Class teacher 1st grade
Veronika Mikušová
Teaching is a profession where the word "boring" does not exist, and what's more, teachers and children educate each other. Children know how to enjoy the present moment, enjoy little things and can express their emotions "openly", which we can only envy. All this is what I enjoy so much about working with children."
She graduated from the Pedagogical Faculty of Masaryk University in Brno with a focus on civics and art education and has many years of experience with children in schools in the Czech Republic, Spain, Italy or even India, where she helped as a volunteer in the education of children from poorer castes in Nové Díl._cc781905-5cde -3194-bb3b-136bad5cf58d_

TV teacher and primary school teacher's assistant
Aneta Gabrielová
Working with children is fun and fulfilling for me and I have been doing it since I was young. I have also always gravitated towards sports and healthy movement, both recreationally and competitively. I studied Applied Physical Education for people with specific needs at FTVS UK and completed a Pedagogical Minimum requalification course. I have experience in a school, in a family leisure club, in a children's hospital and in the Paraple center. I started working at ZŠ GENIUS in September 2022 as a teacher's assistant, social worker and gym teacher. I look forward to helping children develop in all aspects of their studies. Together we will try many new activities from singing, drawing and other creative activities, through ciphers and puzzles, to various sports and physical activities.

Teacher elementary school
Roman Shkréta
My name is Roman and I am an English teacher. Throughout my extensive time in London, I developed a passion for education and an individual, personalized approach to teaching.
I began as an online tutor for adults, but I always felt the urge to help prepare children for the future, which is why I prepared summer camps with English and pursued a career at GENIUS ZŠ.
I am thrilled to be able to work with talented children at this school and hope to shape the geniuses of the future. Being bilingual is a crucial skill to have and teaching it in a playful and innovative way is the perfect approach.

Kindergarten teacher's assistant
Veronika Fíková
My name is Veronika. I graduated from the course: Nanny for children until the start of compulsory school attendance. I would also like to complete a teacher training course. I've enjoyed working with children since I was little, and that's why I started looking after children in families on a part-time basis at the age of 12. While studying in high school, I went to a summer pioneer camp as a child supervisor. I have been working at the GENIUS school for 2 years. I thank the GENIUS school for providing us with a job that I really enjoy and at the same time that I can be a part of your children's lives. 🙂

Assistant
Karolina Mynaříková
Working with children fulfills me like no other. I have a degree in preschool and out-of-school pedagogy at the secondary school. I especially enjoy working with smaller children, which is why I settled in our crèches. I am very happy to include any musical activity in my lessons. Music is my great passion. In addition to kindergarten, I am also involved in two smaller projects where I work with students who are transitioning from primary to secondary school, social networks and production

Head of Communications
Catherine Harcombe
One of my main activities in kindergarten is taking care of parents. I accompany you from the first contact, through the day of entry and then throughout the entire attendance. I am in charge of communication with parents and you can contact me with questions about clubs, events and the normal operation of the kindergarten. It is important to me that you and your children feel good with us, and communication, as is well known, is an integral part of every relationship, whether it is work or private.
Client care has accompanied me in various forms throughout my professional life and I am grateful that I can now do what I enjoy in such a dynamic and inspiring environment and especially with people with whom it all makes sense to me 😊.

Head of office
Kristina Mickova
In GENIUS schools, I combined my two dreams of administration and working with children.
I like to work with numbers and solving accounting matters or running a kindergarten fulfills me 100%.
As a mother of two girls, I am happy that I can participate in creating such a great environment for children. My children are happy in kindergarten and school, so I can work with a clear conscience.

Founder, Director of Marketing
Pavlína Zuzová
I am the co-founder and marketing director of our GENIUS kindergartens and elementary schools. In our schools, I can fully apply my artistic and graphic education from the Václav Hollar Art School, as well as the knowledge from studying marketing and communication at university, and last but not least, the time and experience gained by studying and working in Australia or the USA. I take care of the marketing, graphics, visual side and communication of our schools with enthusiasm and joy. At the same time, I expand my horizons with my own creations. I paint and illustrate for interesting Czech companies or, for example, the National Theatre. Words cannot describe how proud I am of what our team and I create here in our GENIUS schools and how we manage to qualitatively influence the lives of so many children, as well as colleagues and, I believe, parents as well :-).

Director of the company
Michal Zuza
I studied law in Prague, spent some time in the USA and then several years in the legal profession. After that, I started my own consulting company. I have been associated with GENIUS schools since the beginning, when I helped them with administrative and legal matters.
As the schools grew, both in quality and scope, I helped more and more, until in 2019 I became the director of the company.
GENIUS schools enable me to make use of my experience and at the same time realize my enthusiasm for innovative education and child development. I am especially fulfilled by immediate feedback, because I can immediately see in our children and parents when we are doing our job well, which allows me to grow better personally and professionally.
