GENIUS team
Enthusiasm. Cooperation. Development.
Yes, we are demanding and have high demands not only on ourselves, but on our entire team.
This is the reason why our kindergartens and school attract the biggest enthusiasts in the field.
Founder, director of education
Petra Langerová
In my own imagination, even as a little girl, I had a school that was a paradise for all children. Enthusiastic teachers and a respectful team of children who develop together in a harmonizing environment. Already in elementary school, I had the honor of meeting teachers who were so enlightened in their efforts to find all children an activity that suits them and in which they can realize themselves. This approach inspired me a lot.
Over the years, studying, meeting experts and the latest research and attending interesting trainings from Mindfulness, Mindset Coaching, Motivation Course, Children's brain and its secrets in the educational system, for example Project teaching in primary education and many others, I had a perfect school clear.
CEO
Michal Zuza
I studied law in Prague, spent some time in the USA and then several years in the legal profession. After that, I started my own consulting company. I have been associated with GENIUS schools since the beginning, when I helped them with administrative and legal matters. As the schools grew, both in quality and scope, I helped more and more until I became the director of the company in 2019.
GENIUS schools enable me to make use of my experience and at the same time realize my enthusiasm for innovative education and child development. I am especially fulfilled by immediate feedback, because I can immediately see in our children and parents when we are doing our job well, which allows me to grow better personally and professionally.
Founder, Marketing Director
Pavlína Zuzová
I am the co-founder and marketing director of our GENIUS kindergartens and elementary schools. In our schools, I can fully apply my artistic and graphic education from the Václav Hollar Art School, as well as the knowledge from studying marketing and communication at university, and last but not least, the time and experience gained by studying and working in Australia or the USA. I take care of the marketing, graphics, visual side and communication of our schools with enthusiasm and joy. At the same time, I expand my horizons with my own work. I paint and illustrate for interesting Czech companies or, for example, the National Theatre. Words cannot describe how proud I am of what our team and I create here in our GENIUS schools and how we manage to qualitatively influence the lives of so many children, as well as colleagues and, I believe, parents as well :-).
Coordinator of the educational program
Nikola Faltová
With the children, we were always drawn to each other and the time spent with them was very fulfilling for me. I studied dance conservatory, special pedagogy at Ostrava University and andragogy and education management at Charles University. During my studies, I had the opportunity to try out work in management, which was also close to me. For several years, I worked as a teacher in a prestigious bilingual kindergarten, where I also participated in the management of the organization and gained rich experience in caring for clients - parents, mentoring new teachers, creating educational programs, etc. Combining management, improving the educational system, and at the same time still being close to the children is a dream come true for me. Not to mention that I find the GENIUS Mind training program to be extraordinary and totally agree with it.
Kindergarten office manager
Kristina Mičková
At GENIUS schools, I combined my two dreams of administration and working with children.
I like working with numbers, and solving accounting matters or running a kindergarten fulfills me 100%.
As a mother of two girls, I am happy that I can participate in creating such a great environment for children. My children are happy in kindergarten and school, so I can work with a clear conscience.
Head of Communications
Kateřina Harcombe
One of my main activities in kindergarten is taking care of parents. I accompany you from the first contact, through the day of entry and then throughout the entire attendance. I am in charge of communication with parents and you can contact me with questions about clubs, events and the normal operation of the kindergarten. It is important to me that you and your children feel good with us, and communication, as is well known, is an integral part of every relationship, whether it is work or private.
Client care has accompanied me in various forms throughout my professional life and I am grateful that I can now do what I enjoy in such a dynamic and inspiring environment and especially with people with whom it all makes sense to me 😊.
Psychologist
Margareta Johnová
My name is Margareta and I am primarily responsible for psychodiagnostics of children and sometimes psychological counseling. I studied psychology as a single discipline and I am constantly trying to deepen and expand my education - in the field of psychotherapy, crisis intervention or modern diagnostic methods. The bio-psycho-socio-spiritual approach to people is very close to me, I try to approach children as unique personalities who want to fully develop and use their potential, whatever it may be. In my practice, I work with children as well as with adults, I gained most of my experience working with children during 12 years of working in the Endangered Children's Fund and the Kangaroo Facility for Children in Need of Immediate Help.
Psychologist
Klára Kruková
Helping children develop their emotional skills and improve their resistance to stress became my goal already in my teens, when I traveled to an international school in the USA. In a new environment, I began to notice how difficult it is to work with emotions under stress. At the time, I wished that open discussion and awareness about mental health were more a part of our lives. These experiences eventually sparked my interest in psychology, which I eventually also studied in English. Already during my studies, I began to focus mainly on working with children and teenagers, then I collaborated with the Locika center, which focuses on families at risk of domestic violence. In my practice, I use elements of mindfulness and an individual approach according to the current needs of children.
GENIUS team
Branch Manager
Michaela Ringmaierová
I worked in the positions of teaching assistant, classroom teacher and now branch manager. Why work with children of preschool age? At each developmental stage, children encounter decisive milestones that continue to accompany them throughout their lives. Kindergarten is often the first place where children are separated from their parents for the first time and learn new social roles. They are no longer just a son or daughter, but they are now friends, students. Their talent, skills, and knowledge develop here, which then opens the door for them to enter primary school and further life. My goal is to be a support for all these children and I am honored to be able to accompany them through their first steps in the life of "schoolchildren". 😊

Branch Manager
Jitka Platilová
I admire children for their immediacy, sincerity, readiness and their endless imagination. From my point of view, these are all qualities that we adults very often forget. I myself have three children who have trained me in many ways during their growth and you could say that they have helped me find the right direction that I have taken, which is working with children. I graduated from university in the field of business economics and management, later I graduated from school in the field of preschool and extracurricular pedagogy. When working with children, I like to work outside, listen to their needs and their emotional state. At GENIUS Kindergarten, I greatly appreciate the individual approach to each child and at the same time the effort to support them in their strengths.

The more I am surrounded by children, the happier I am. I enjoy looking at the world through children's eyes, developing their personal talents, courage, but also empathy. During my previous practice, I supplemented my pedagogical education, the exams of a teacher of children's yoga. With me, your child will find a supportive and loving embrace, understanding, but also a lot of inspiration and fun. It is an honor to be a member of a team that takes care of your children with love, respect and patience.

GENIUS team
Branch Manager
Tereza Bartáková
As a child, I had a clear idea of what I wanted to be in life. Studying at a secondary school of pedagogy with a focus on preschool education was a clear choice for me. My studies at Charles University in the field of 1st degree teacher led me to Prague, unfortunately I did not finish there, but instead a path opened up for me to the United States, where I took care of children in families as an Au-pair and thus improved my English. During my practice in Czech and English kindergartens, I completed an intensive course called "Starting Together", a course in Montessori teaching, training for the development of preschool children and others. On maternity leave, I completed Functional Studies for school principals. My biggest and never-ending lesson is my two children, each of whom is different and I can only hope that they will grow up to be personalities similar to those who leave GENIUS schools.

I have had a positive relationship with children since I was a child, and working with them fulfills me. I believe that every child is unique and deserves an individual approach.
Teacher
Marife Strouhalová
I believe that every child is different, every child is smart in their own little way and has talents hidden deep within that just needs to be discovered. It made me develop a passion for childcare, that’s why I love working with kids, helping them nurture their little minds. Working with multinational kids in the past, made me realize the importance of understanding their needs, to show support in their interests and to listen to their emotions in a respectful approach. Seeing smiles, laughter and joy in their faces, gives me the satisfaction that I have helped them fulfill their imagination and achieve an important milestone in their young lives.
Kindergarten teacher
Anne-Marie Papyánová
I study applied pedagogy remotely, which gives me the opportunity to improve my skills and approaches in education. A job where I can pass something on is a dream come true for me. My teaching experience is enriched by my education and the desire to keep improving. The approach to children in the GENIUS kindergarten is based on creating a pleasant environment where children are respected, supported and motivated. Everything is in line with my values and my own beliefs. Every child is unique and has their own needs and abilities. I feel fulfilled that I can be a part of their growth. In my personal life, I devote myself to regular exercise and creative activities, which not only brings me joy and well-being, but also enriches my work ideas. I am happy to share my enthusiasm and creativity with children. I love the work that fulfills me and every day I look forward to further exploring the children's world.
